Project Refunds and Cancellations:

Full Refund: In the event that the client elects to cancel the project prior to the commencement of any project-related work, the client shall be entitled to receive a full reimbursement of all payments made to date.
Partial Refund (Milestones Completed): If one or more project milestones have been completed and delivered, that work is non-refundable, and the client is obligated to pay for them. Only the remaining project balance will be refunded.
Partial Refund (Project Started, No Milestones Completed): If a project is canceled before reaching any milestones, the client will be charged for work completed up to the cancellation point, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
Project-Specific Agreements: For greater clarity and detail, individual project agreements between Data on Matrix and the client may include supplemental terms and conditions specifically addressing refunds and cancellations.
